We are Goliaz, Lda. “Goliaz”. We provide internet and mobile application based services repectively in Goliaz.com and Goliaz app.

Goliaz collects Personal Data from the athletes. When creating an account in Goliaz the athletes provide their NAME, EMAIL, PASSWORD, BIRTHDAY and LOCATION. Moreover, you must acknowledge our data protection regulations and accept our General Terms of Use. You can also provide us with more data, such as your weight, height, gender, profile photo, and other information essential so you can take full advantage of our app. Your data is stored in a database that belongs to Goliaz, Lda. and under any circumstance it will be shared with a third party. Along the registration process you have the option to create your Goliaz account through Facebook by pressing the Facebook icon. The data we will be collecting from Facebook is your public profile information, such as your name, surname, gender, location and email address which you have saved there. As you use our app we will save your performance data again in order to offer you the best experience with our services.

We also use your Personal Data to communicate with you and to deliver advertising that may be more relevant to you.
